The interview process is 4 step. I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, who I spoke to regarding my background and why I was interested in the position. Then I spoke with the director of the new Denver campus. Third is a video interview and the final step is an in person at the school. Unfortunately I did not get past the third step due the unprofessionalism of the head instructor - he put down the interview time wrong, got online 40 min late (when I was no longer available and 10 minutes late per the time on his calendar), said he wanted to reschedule and then both him and the recruiter disappeared after follow-ups. I did not want to work in tandem with someone whom I would be picking up the pieces after - especially if this is how the students would be treated from their main instructor - so I rescinded my interest in the position.
