Applied online and got an email back a week later with coding exercise attached. I really enjoyed working with the data but found myself spending a whole day on the analysis instead of the suggested 2 hours. After 3 weeks of not hearing back I emailed them and received a response a week later. They said my background doesn’t seem fit for the role. I tried asking for feedback on my analysis as I was pretty shocked it wasn’t thorough enough for them but did not receive any response.

You have a week to complete a coding exercise that they suggest only putting 2 hours into. There’s a few general questions followed by questions specific to the dataset they give you. You can use any language but they prefer R.
