J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flatiron Health en nov. 2018
Entretien
- 90 minute codility test
- Video screen if codility test is passed
The video phone screen was the worst phone screen I have had.
The interviewer prefaced by saying that the question would be a back and forth and getting a working, testable solution was not the priority. So, as usual, the interviewer gave the question and I began to give my thought process out loud. The interviewer barely said ANYTHING the whole interview after saying we would discuss while I was going through it. I could only think out loud for so long without responses.
I eventually ended up with a reasonable idea and it *sounded* like they agreed, but talking to myself while coding really threw me off and was a bad experience. Not to mention, the interview started 15 minutes late.
I had an online assessment first after applying, and after I passed it there was a pair programming session with one of their engineers. The online assessment was more difficult, the pair programming was more practical.
Very long and weird process, you do all the interviews together and then you get the results at the end. You might not get hired because of the feedback of any interview but you still do all of them and I find that such a waste of time.
