I applied online via email. The next day I received a phone call. Once they contacted me they informed me someone would be calling back for an interview and told me what I should expect. The interview lasted half an hour over the phone, where the employer asked a series of questions regarding my personality and various scenarios. We also reviewed the day before my first day and I had to watch several training videos and complete several new hire forms. After every shift we would recap and I would report my sales to my manager.
