I initially got contacted by a Talent Acquisition Lead regarding my profile. The whole interview journey afterwards was an absolute delight. TA explained to me about the interview process and helped me understand what to expect from each round.
There are 3 rounds to the interview.
1. Team speed, 2. Technical interview, 3. Cultural interview
Everything happened so quick that I had an offer in hand within just a couple of days

Question 1
Team speed - Get to know the team and some general questions around the CV. Everyone was nice and friendly.
Technical round - Covered most of the areas like SOLID, Database related, Api, Caching etc., followed by a code review exercise. The interviewer was so nice that he took the time to explain things that I could not answer.
Cultural round - Another friendly chat with some behavioural/situational questions in the middle like how do you learn new skills, tell me about a situation that you could not manage (failed) to handle well etc.

Initial call with internal Talent Team, that will act similar to a recruiter throught the the entire process, followed by Technical Call with Line Manager and a Principal Developer, a Culture Add and finally a Meet the Team

Such a nice interview, it was so conversational and I never once felt like I was put under more pressure than necessary
Kind and genuine people throughout, and all happened a lot quicker than other recruitment processes. I was actually in two other process already when I started this one, but Flagstones finished faster than the other two.
Cannot wait to join :)
