Had one call because recruiter approached me. She asked me to send her my resume after the call and she'd be in touch for the next interview. After that the process became a nightmare and she mostly stopped replying. I sent her my resume immediate and the Michigan recruiter never replied. After 3 emails and one phone call she emailed me and said had been very busy that she would reach out in a week. -- 3 weeks later I sent a follow up email and nothing... After a month she replied and said the position was on hold to check back in a month. - I followed up in a month and again nothing. She replied 2 months after saying the role had been delayed. --- Time went on... 8 months later she sent me an automated email saying I had not been selected for the role. - Talk about disorganization! They should be ashamed.
