Phone interview was first. The next phase was in person interview. This involved meeting with 3 different people including previous members of the program. I was also put in a group setting where we spoke with high level managers in a social setting. We spoke about our backgrounds and interests.

I interviewed with 3 senior employees and interacted in several group interview settings. The in-person interviews were conducted 1 on 1 and were fairly standard questions and interview styles. The interviewers were tough but friendly. The group interview involved building something with Legos while other members of the management development program watched and evaluated the candidates on their behaviors.
