J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Five9 (San Ramon, CA) en mai 2024
Entretien
At no other company have I ever felt like I was being interviewed only formally to get rid of my candidacy - instead of a fair assessment of my knowledge and experience.
It looked like the hiring manager knew he was going to turn me down before the interview even started.
The questions were asked without specifying which part of the infrastructure was in question. The situations proposed for analysis were either abstract or suggested the presence of someone else's ridiculous mistakes in a completely different part of the infrastructure.
No interviews with other team members were even scheduled (despite promised).
On top of that, the recruiters didn't bother to send me a password to log into the zoom conference, this caused a hiccup.
Having previously worked for Five9 for quite some time, I know the company and some of its staff well. It's a great company and great people, I wish them all the best - but I would advise a more careful and thoughtful approach to the selection of lower level management.
