It starts with their Talent Representative making sure you're qualified in terms of what you have in your resume.
Second part will be an examination, immediately after you will be in call with a couple of supervisors.
Another batch of interview from the Senior Managers.
The final interview will be with the Director

What are CRMs?
What are the examples of CRMs?
Do you have experienced handling clients or presenting to client?
Can you please provide an example of a situation you found difficult from your previous role?
How were you able to overcome it?
First, you will undergo the usual HR interview process. Then, once endorsed, you will be interviewed by the supervisor (panel interview), then 3rd, the manager. The last interview would be the director, which is based in the US.

It was a one day interview process with a group of panelist consists of supervisors. Before the panel interview, I got a phone interview with the manager asking about my qualifications. I was then scheduled for the panel interview. It was an interview more about your personality and your abilities. Nothing pertaining on your technical skillset.
