We met at a Starbucks since the store wasn't open yet. The interview was very casual and friendly. Met with the District Manager after applying at the corporate website. A few days after applying, I received a phone call from the District Manager who asked a few standard questions and set up a face to face meeting the next week. The meeting took only about 30 minutes and was very relaxed. I received an offer about a week later which I accepted.
