The interview happened in late October at the Five Below store in Somers Point, NJ. The manager Tom interviewed me near the back of the store and gave me a summary of what my job as a Sales Associate would be like, as well as what my pay would be if I did receive the job.

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.

Quick and easy - I did a phone screen and then was invited in to speak further. Was offered the position quickly and was able to start quickly as well.
