The initial interview with directly conducted with the head of HR. It was concise, efficient and to the point. The questions contained both standard questions and questions relevant to the role and my experience, as well as to how I plan to manage the role, if selected.

It moved fast and there was good communication during the process. They seem to be a strong team. The follow-up after several interviews did not happen until I approached them. A generic Bamboo HR email was sent.
