Interview was reasonably straight forward, with the interviewer asking about my previous experience. Three weeks later and I have no response - this is rude and unprofessional and doesn't bode well for them being a good employer. Stay well clear!

Two rounds. First was a zoom call covering background, experience, and interest in the role. Second was an in-person interview at the Toronto office with one team member — more technical, discussed AI/ML approaches and how they'd apply to the business. Interviewers were friendly and the conversations felt genuine. HR coordination was slow and disorganized throughout — missed invites, week-long gaps between replies, and a role title change mid-process with no explanation.
