Take a series of exams online, followed by a phone interview, several in person interviews. The in person interviews consisted of a case study in which you were given a scenario, had 30 minutes to prep, and then had to present it to a group.

Phone Call screening interview for about 20-30 minutes and afterward an in-person technical interview with the managing director and a higher level analyst that lasted an hour. The process was not too difficult
