I found Fitch to be very unprofessional the entire time. No responses, for weeks on end. Very casual in nature, and not in a good way. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking.

I had an initial screening interview and then a second round with the team lead. The first was very discussion based and informal and the second more technical, although still behavioural based with some broader industry questions.
