      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez FitXR en déc. 2024

      Entretien

The interview process went great, it took around 2 weeks and the people from the team I talked to seemed very professional and this is what excited me to join the company at first. But, here is where all the unpleasant experience started. After the interview I had to wait for an answer if they want to hire me or not. It took them 2 weeks (which I guess is normal) and I received an e-mail from HR that they are ready to give me an offer (oh, happy days, I was excited!),but then 30 minutes later, it seemed that the HR acted too hastily, I need one more interview with the CEO (he meets every new member). Ok, seems reasonable. That was one week before xmas, so they told me the interview will happen next year after jan 6. Ok, at this point I was feeling good and keep in mind that the HR has been sending me e-mail saying that things are very positive, I am the only candidate that passed through the interviews and etc. So essentially I though that they are really going to hire me. For that reason I refused two potential offers from different companies, because I really wanted to work at FitXR.. but here we reach to next year, week of jan 6, no message from them, so essentially at the end of week I had to ask what is going on, I got an answer that they are waiting for the CTO to go back to decide. Ok, another week passes by, no message, I message them again.. and now I got the answer that they can't decide and hiring for this position is on hold.. and that's it, no further explanation. There is something very wrong in the management of this company and also there is something very wrong when you take 2 months of somebody's time, give them false hope and then just not even have the curtesy of explaining what happened and at least give some kind of an apology. So if you don't want to be treated like this, think very carefully when applying at FitXR for any position, they just don't care about people's feelings and think that they are hiring robots, instead.
