Phone that started off with some background about the company and the position, then some asked some information about yourself (school, grad date, etc), and then a couple behavioral questions.

I think one of them was something like: Tell me about a time you received some feedback that you didn't agree with. Describe the situation, what was the feedback, and how did you react? Something along those lines.
