Weird vague questions video interview: do you work well in a team? what gives you motivation? What are your flaws? do you enjoy sports? Barely asked me about my knowledge of financial markets, economics, quantitative skills, coding skills which is what I had a lot to say about, instead they asked me totally unrelated questions.
