Question 1
Why are you specifically a good fit for our firm based on your research about our company?
Tell me about a situation where a client was upset with the firm you worked for. How did you overcome and solve their objections/problem and did you retain them long term?
The initial phone interview felt incredibly rushed. Despite the position being marketed as a wealth management role, it is essentially a high-volume asset-retention phone center. The day-to-day focus is simply convincing clients not to transfer their money out of the firm rather than providing actual, comprehensive wealth management or tailored financial planning services. Very misleading job description.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fisher Investments (Dallas, TX) en juin 2026

Overall process what a little lengthily but interview process was nothing to overly stress about. The first round was an initial screening, covering mostly the position itself and what to expect moving forward. The second-round interview did include a mock client call in which some material was provided beforehand to review.
