Have to agree with similar reviews below unfortunately. After being passed on to HR by an external recruiter, I had an initial call in which no questions related to my direct experience were asked. Despite a background at a top private bank, experience managing a client book of over $100 million, and international experience, I was encouraged to consider other locations in order to avoid competition where I applied. I showed interest, flexibility, and humility since it's a more junior position - but was never asked about experience relevant to the role.
Clearly they're not making much effort to get away from the pushy sales culture Fisher is known for.

mostly about my location and challenges of relocating candidates - I never asked for relocation
The initial phone interview felt incredibly rushed. Despite the position being marketed as a wealth management role, it is essentially a high-volume asset-retention phone center. The day-to-day focus is simply convincing clients not to transfer their money out of the firm rather than providing actual, comprehensive wealth management or tailored financial planning services. Very misleading job description.

Overall process what a little lengthily but interview process was nothing to overly stress about. The first round was an initial screening, covering mostly the position itself and what to expect moving forward. The second-round interview did include a mock client call in which some material was provided beforehand to review.
