Entretien
I spoke with recruiters at a university career fair followed by an on-campus interview. After two weeks, I was called to come on site the next month. The Camas campus is really nice and the recruiter gave me a tour to the building and followed by 4 in person back to back interview, each took about 30-45 mins. Two weeks later, I got a phone call to schedule another phone interview with one of the Group Vice President, that didn't go really well. A week later, I was informed that I won't be considered to further candidacy.
After another 2 weeks, I went to another job fair and had a chance to talk to one of the hiring managers, he was really nice and friendly. He told me that I should give him my resume and he will check if there's any openings at other departments. I didn't think it will go any further but I got a phone call 3 days later to schedule another on-site interview the following Monday. The second on-site interview was with two managers, one is another GVP. Basically, I tried to be myself and share my experiences and qualifications and it went pretty well.
The GVP called me the next day and offer me a job in his department.
This company is really hard to get in, they get thousands of applications and few made it to the last. Just make sure your prepare really well, learn everything about the company, and show why they should hire you. I read through every single reviews and interview reviews here on glassdoor, and now it's my time to give back.

I enjoyed the process but also no idea where it’s going. Excited to see what happens and hoping for a good result. Also I need to write 30 words I guess

Entretien
Don’t apply. The only entry position is client service associate which is basically busy work nobody wants to do. They respond to your application quickly because HR is measured by success on how many interviews they do. So they literally interview knowing that they aren’t going to hire. That’s why they always have job openings listed on their website. So they can keep HR busy. The firm has no flexibility. 50 hours of busy work if you do take the job. The process consists of a phone screening then round robin with multiple teams claiming they have open positions but again they only hire CSA for new hires. Questions are all normal behavioral and really easy but hiring is really dependent on if enough people have quit recently that they need bodies.

Entretien
The overall interview process was pretty lengthy. For starters, you aren’t applying for the “Investment Associate” role but rather multiple roles that the company thinks you’d fit in well with. First you meet with a recruiter, then you meet with multiple hiring managers, then a debrief with a recruiter about your experience, and then back to one of the hiring managers, and finally culminating with a Vice President or “higher-up.” All this being said, everyone was very polite and welcoming throughout the process. Interview questions were standard behavioral questions with a few random ones mixed in. Expect the whole process to take at least a month from start to finish.
