J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) en mars 2013
Entretien
I had two phone interviews that lasted about 45mins and I was invited to the Camas office for an interview. While on sight I went on a tour of the building and then I was interviews by 5 more people. The questions were pretty basic but I was asked the same questions by different people. The interviewers were uptight and barely cracked a smile. The only person I was comfortable talking to was the hiring manager. Some of the interviewers were looking out the window during the interview. One interviewer didn't even take the time to look at my résumé before the interview. He spent the first ten minutes reading my résumé.

Question 1
There were a lot of basic questions. They asked me one question about the market. The rest were personality questions and past experience.
The initial phone interview felt incredibly rushed. Despite the position being marketed as a wealth management role, it is essentially a high-volume asset-retention phone center. The day-to-day focus is simply convincing clients not to transfer their money out of the firm rather than providing actual, comprehensive wealth management or tailored financial planning services. Very misleading job description.

Overall process what a little lengthily but interview process was nothing to overly stress about. The first round was an initial screening, covering mostly the position itself and what to expect moving forward. The second-round interview did include a mock client call in which some material was provided beforehand to review.
