applied through indeed. The process took roughly 4 weeks, with a telephone interview with the talent team, then a zoom interview with a team leader, after that I had to complete a series of background checks and a writing assessment regarding the company and dilemmas, then lastly I was given a final interview with team leader and the vice president of client operations. and despite all the effort I still did not get the role and and another candidate was chosen. Very laid back interview, they really wanted to see if you can work well and fit in with the team ! The questions were more about trying to find out how you work in a team.
