First a call and then a video interview with the recruiter. After the first video interview, there was a big test that took a couple of hours. There was also a final video interview with the HR person.

The interview process was over a month long and when I asked for what to expect at what I thought was the final stage, the recruiter told me that they haven't gotten an internal approval to even hire someone yet.
