First interview was with HR. It was a pleasant experience, mostly establishing that candidates were people who could interact with others. The second round was supposed to be a video call with the team I would be working for. Multiple meeting times were sent out, and I assumed the last time was a corrected schedule. I was wrong and missed the meeting, which was my fault for not confirming on a Friday after 5pm. When I rescheduled, I was left waiting on an empty call for 45 minutes before I received an email telling me they picked a different candidate. Not exactly the paragon of efficient professional communication.
