Applied online, was asked to take an assessment. After assessment I interviewed with the General Manager. When I arrived the Office Manager greeted me and offered some coffee and water. I think the manager was on a phone call. I waited for about 5 minutes and then he came out and introduced himself. We went to his office and spent the time going over my resume and learning about the company and the position. At the end of interview we went into shop and he instructed me on how to properly clean glass using a swooping method.
