Approach: Linked in by a HR manager.
Day 1: Tech interview with one lead. Supposed to be a couple but the other did not turn up. It went very well.
Day 2: Tech again. More interviewers this time. This time the interview was interesting that they asked a scatter gun of questions and I answered with out of the box answers.
I was offered the job kind of. Still waiting for formal documentation.
