The whole process was very simple and straightforward. Applied online, and was contacted by the recruiter (via email) about 1-2 weeks later. Scheduled our initial phone screening (30 minutes) and was contacted a few days later to schedule my phone interview with the hiring manager. About a week after my phone interview with the hiring manager, I was requested to come into the KOP office for an in person, formal interview, with the hiring manager and a team member. Was offered the job the very next day.
