The interview was firstly a group interview consisting in a few tasks and a game and then one to one on the same day with Hr manager, I got the feedback a few days later

It was ROLE PLAY and scenario questions. Easy and didn’t get hire for the job applied for. Interviewer was lovely.. got offer for a different job role which was more suited.

An initial telephone interview and then a skype call which took around fifteen minutes each. They included going over general experience and competency based questions, as well as detailing key facts about the job role itself.

pretty straightforward and nothing too complicated, had to role play with recruiter about customer service skills. The credit check documents may be needed to be entered a few times to due mix up with recruiters and the hiring company
