Interview was easy but the way of responding the result was ridiculous. There were 4 rounds total..initially informed only about 3 rounds...I reached to the office by 11.30..got a call for first round (HR round) by 3.30p.m, 2nd round was aptitude , English grammar, typing speed and about GK on mortgage products (cleared) done by 6.30, than 3rd round was technical (face to face) cleared and that moment I thought ok finally its done, but the person of 3rd round said he want me in his process and only 1 more is there to be finished..it was like 8.00 p.m. we were total 7 candidates for the role. After few mins the HR came and informed us that the person who need to take the 4th round is busy and can't make out for the interview, So I will call u tmrw or Monday for sure for the last round. 1 months over no information...I tried calling the reception guy and asked him about the HR to speak..but he hanged up my call for 20 mins...next time it tried no one picked the call...please don't waste candidates time ... they are having high expectations...spent expenses to reach the office ...they are not coming there free of cost...it should be mentioned clearly if u want to take the candidate or not...it was easy but I dont know what's wrong to inform the candidates the result...weather it gonna happen or not....disgusting....No Standard.
