The hiring process was average. It consisted of a phone interview with the property manager requesting an in person interview with the property manager. Next you get ask question's to determine your experience which is follow by a background check and drug test. After qualifying you sign your offer letter and start working.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of three rounds: two virtual interviews and one in person. The final virtual interview included six participants and was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended up lasting over an hour. Overall, the process felt quite extensive for the level of the role.
