It went really well, Engaging and thought-provoking conversation. I appreciated the opportunity to dive deep into some complex problem-solving scenarios. It was a fantastic experience. I really enjoyed speaking with the hiring manager and learning more about the team's goals. I feel very positive about it and look forward to hearing the next steps."
The process considered of a half-hour online interview conducted by two interviewers one of whom was the area manager for the post applied for. It was very well structured and professional. The requirements and challenges of the position were comprehensively described and a range of searching questions asked.
