I have completed two rounds of interviews. I cleared the first round, which was technical. The second round was with the Director of Solution Engineering, who joined the company around six months ago. During the interview, she only spoke with me for about 10 minutes, and was on another call for approximately 2 minutes during that time. She asked a few system design questions, but it felt like she was not fully engaged or prepared for the discussion. It seemed as though she might have been asked to take the interview unwillingly.
Request to HR: I would suggest reconsidering the involvement of interviewers who may not be interested or invested in the process, as it affects the candidate experience and overall impression of the company.
