The interview is easy. Your usual questions mixed in with some to help determine if your personality suits the job. Previous experience is a plus but not a must. Only part of the training is paid. But it's better than paying all of it out of your own pocket.

Interview process was smooth and well explained. The interviewer was well-spoken and explained the process of both the interview and the work environment during the meeting. He asked a lot of situation based questions, and prompted for more information in a way that felt natural.

Entretien
The job selection process starts with a psychometric test for numerical skills. Then there is a phone call to know about your motivation with some mix of competency questions. The second interview is in-person and is more structured compared to the first one. Although it was supposed to be a competency-based interview, much of the questions were hypothetical to help the interviewers understand your thought process and problem-solving skills.
The HR, however, is not too helpful responding to questions regarding the application process.
