The interview process was fairly easy and required some research about the company via their website. It helps to know a bit about banking but they accept any college business degree.

What do you know about FirstBank and our values and mission as a company?
I applied online, and I had four interviews . First one on the phone and the other three through WebEx. Each interview takes 30 minutes. The process was smooth. Interviewers are very friendly.
