Interview Process Warning – Repeated Ghosting My interview experience with First Tech Federal Credit Union was unprofessional from start to finish. After the first interview, I was ghosted for three weeks. After the second interview, I was ghosted again for another three weeks. Despite these delays, I continued the process in good faith and ultimately completed three rounds of interviews for a Business Development role. Throughout the process, I was led to believe things were moving forward positively. Based on those signals, I declined TWO other job offers for the same position at a different company, believing this opportunity was essentially secured. Then communication stopped entirely. No rejection. No update. No feedback. Just silence. Repeated ghosting at multiple stages especially after encouraging conversations shows a serious lack of respect for candidates’ time and career decisions. This was not a one-off delay; it was a pattern. If you are interviewing here, do not decline other offers or pause your job search without something in writing. Proceed with caution.
