It began with a phone interview, that lead into an in-person with 2 controls tech engineers and an HR rep. Very nice people overall and very simple process of asking questions on both ends, then ending with a small plant tour.

Applied through a Career Fair. Career Fair was a quick one on one with department manager. After the career fair I got a phone call from HR within 3 business days asking for another interview. This interview was the department manager and newly appointed supervisor. The questions were about the technical aspects of the job with some questions showing a fear of employees leaving after being trained.
