Began with an oral presenation where they ask you to provide policy reccomendations on how to further their mission. Followed by a round of situational-behavioural and scenario-based questions. The interview process was very long and challenging. It look 3 hours.

First and only interview involves a creating a presentation with no information/guidance given on the topic to present to a panel you meet for the first time of around 6 people.
