Applied online, recruiter reached out about two weeks later to schedule a call. Scheduled and they never signed on. Tried calling their number a few times, nothing. Emailed nothing. Eventually gave up after 45 minutes of waiting. Recruiter got back to me the next day blaming their calendar and asked to reschedule. This time they called and basically just talked about amdin stuff and then asked about availability for a tech screen. I provided them a lot of openings but they still came back and scheduled the tech screen at a time I didn't say I was available. I rearranged my schedule to make it work. Screen was with two engineers that asked pretty basic questions about my resume and situations, nothing very technical. Reached out to the recruiter a few days later and nother. Tried once a week for a few more weeks and the recruiter continued to ghost me. Moved on to better places. Had a bad taste after the first interaction with the poor recruiter and should've taken it as an omen.

Applied and got a call back from a recruiter a couple weeks later. The recruiter didn't seem too competent and it sounded like she was trying to type my answers verbatim. I would have preferred to just fill out a web form since then I could at least be confident that my answers were conveyed as I intended.

Question 1
Just standard interview questions, the recruiter didn't seem to be a technical person.
