Got an email a couple days after applying asking to arrange an interview quick as they wanted to fill the position immediately. After selecting a time slot and a date I turned up to the offices and noticed pictures of the team, but was the team from The Hive Collevtice (I applied for them as well so remembered) so the company is acting as both. It’s a sales commission role disguised as something else. They had no idea of my qualifications, didn’t have my CV up and couldn’t give me an exact salary figure. All they could promise was progression from 6-10 months If you work hard enough. Invited back for an observation day, which I assume is going out and selling as when arriving at the offices i was told everyone was out on a ‘road trip, however I assume this means out selling products.
