First was a phone screening. Next step was to have an interview with the current office manager. Finally, an interview with the District Advisor. Mostly behavioral questions about how I would respond in certain situation.

Had a great over the phone interview, explaining my background and how I could contribute. The Director promised to call me within a week with an update, saying "I know what it's like to be in the field looking for a job." It's been several weeks now and I haven't heard back at all. That tells me all I need to know.
