Applied online in December before Christmas break. Recruiter called me in January to schedule an interview and ask about salary. He said I was in the range. Two days later I had a teams interview with the hiring manager and manager. Manager asked standard interview questions and the hiring manager was jumping around trying to find good questions to stump me. I answered every questions perfectly and by his head nods and laughs he agreed. I have 7 years of experience as an investigator in banking. At the end of the interview when I asked for next steps the manager said they are still interviewing and give it a week. It’s been over a week and I’ve been ghosted after reaching out to recruiter, plus the role was opened again with the salary range listed and more qualifications like having your CFE.
