      Entretien

      I applied online and attended an interview where the hiring process was explained to me. I was asked the standard interview questions and informed that I would receive a test. The test consisted of writing an essay. I was told that I would be contacted with the results within a week. However, I was never contacted. After waiting, I followed up by email to ask about the results, but my messages were ignored. Weeks later, I was unexpectedly contacted again and asked to schedule another meeting. I selected a time, but no confirmation, meeting link, or follow-up email was ever sent. Later, I was told that I had failed to attend the interview, despite never receiving the necessary details to join. During the process, they also asked about my salary expectations and reacted negatively to my response. Although they claim the salary is “competitive,” they were unwilling to offer even $16 per hour, which makes their definition of a competitive salary unclear. In response to other reviews, the company states, “We always strive to maintain clear and respectful communication.” Based on my experience, this is not accurate. Ignoring candidates and mishandling interview logistics is disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend investing time or effort in this company.

      The process overall was pretty long, it took about a month. The first step was an interview with HR, where I was asked a few general questions about trading, which as I remember I did not answer perfectly :) However, I was invited to the second step of interview with educational manager and supervisor. The second interview was very friendly, and HR advised me how to prepare before. After this interview, they sent me a task, and after, they outlined where I was wrong, and gave me a chance to redo that task. The only incorrect information during the interview was the process of covering shifts for colleges on their vacations - HR mentioned it happens 2 times during the year, however, it is actually more often. Not a big deal for me, because you are warned about the change in the schedule in advance. It is a pretty common situation in Support, so I would not say I was surprised.

      General questions about trading terms, pretty easy for someone who has at least a few months of experience in this field. What is CFD trading? What is swap? What is gap? Can you remember the situation when you did some extra effort for the client and why? How do you handle aggressive and abusive clients? What KPIs I had on the last/current place?
