Quick HR screening that went over basics of role, company, and some questions about my experience and ideal position. After that, had a zoom interview with whole team, including manager, which was nice because I got the chance to meet who I would be working with on a day-to-day basis. Their questions gauged my experiences, challenges I've faced/how I overcame them, and about work I'm proud of. They also asked questions about my interests and made it feel more like a conversation versus a black-and-white "interview." Overall, it was a great experience and they were quick to make an offer and answer any additional questions.
