J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Findel Education (Hyde, England) en avr. 2023
Entretien
1st stage was a casual chat over teams about my experience and CV. 2nd stage was face to face in the office which included a presentation on how i would approach creating a Communication strategy. Both interviews were professional and i couldn't fault the people interviewing me. Unfortunately negative feedback is that it took them 13 days to inform me that i wasn't to be offered the job. I did have an email halfway through that to tell me the process was taking longer than expected. Unfortunately i did see the role reposted on LinkedIn the day after my interview and then 2 days after i was finally told i hadn't got the job. I feel like the job description might have been slightly tweaked but couldn't say for sure. Can't help but wonder if they could have informed me sooner. Maybe they're looking for a very specific type of candidate or maybe the salary isn't high enough to recruit someone with the experience they want. I was quoted 32 - 34k when i first applied but was told 34k would need to be a candidate with a certain level of experience.

Question 1
It was a presentation followed by generic competency based questions. Nothing unusual.
