J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Finastra
Entretien
The interview process was very smooth. I had taken one online test, then a mandatory test for all employees, with regards to aptitude , then I had one face to face round. The whole process was very smooth and good transition from one interview phase to another.
I attended an HR interview, followed by a technical one with one team lead and another member of the team I was going to work into.
They were both friendly and were helping you along the way in case you didn't know.

Question 1
They mainly asked about algorithms (recursive fibonacci)
The interview process is smooth and the questions were somewhat on the average side. They usually ask questions about basic concepts on the role and your perspective on the workplace.
A recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn and told me about an open role and scheduled the initial interview.
The initial interview seemed a bit weird since I wasn't told there would be technical questions right after. What's even weirder is the recruiter keeps apologizing since the supposed technical interviewer didn't want to attend since my profile seemed okay for him. All of these I was told during the interview.
When asked about technical questions, it would actually be recorded for the hiring manager and technical recruiter to see.
Next step would be a 5-day take home assessment designed by the team lead and last interview would be with the hiring manager.
