i first completed the Online Assesment, it was quite simple, some Leetcode questions and multiple choice questions about programming and finance. I didnt receive any feedback for 2 months, then i got a call from hr and we set an interview. i didnt receive any connection link for the meeting, i emailed them and they didnt reply. they called me 2 weeks later and said the position was filled. Very disorganised HR, lack of respect.
