The process was extremely long . l got the impression l was giving free consultancy. I was given a wide range of assignments which included reviewing the companies policies and manuals and making recommendations over a 5 day period. These manuals included the full Human Resources manual , over view of risk assessment strategy and others. At the end of all this l was not given a proper feedback considering the effort l had put into the interview. The interview board seemed as if they had preselected a candidate considering that they often asked me a couple of questions together and didn’t seem very interested in my answers.
