Applied through indeed.com. Next day the call to set up phone interview then after two days had face to face interview. same day they higher me. Started from 1st March still working good place to work people are very friendly & helpful.

Very short and straight forward, Has to be empathetic not sympathetic. Don't need prior experince but customer service might be an advantage here. No pressure during the interview process and friendly.
