Quite a complex interview process Initially had a 15 min phone call followed by a 4 hour interview involving some role play and some assessments and if successful on that, a final interview If successful on that interview, then a final 15 min zoom call with the hiring manager to get to know you. I passed all the stages and got the final 15 min zoom call but the hiring manager portrayed some racial bias and some days later I received an email saying I was unsuccessful
